Sylvia Hepler is the Owner and President of Launching Lives, an executive coaching firm located in South Central Pennsylvania.  In addition to coaching and advising individual clients she provides group coaching, keynote speeches, retreat and small group facilitation, and various educational seminars and workshops.  The mission of Launching Lives is to support executives while they find ways to get unstuck, reduce unnecessary suffering, and increase balance in their lives.

Hepler’s background includes:  executive leadership of a 14 county nonprofit organization, program development, teaching, public speaking, funding allocations, retail sales, and freelance writing. She has a working knowledge of staff supervision, Board development, Quality Management, organizational mission/vision, strategic planning, community collaboration, and networking.

Hepler is the author of two special reports,  Economy #1:  An Answer to the National and Global Crisis and Five Fatal Flaws in Executive Thinking, as well as numerous articles focused upon management related topics. In addition, she has published an e-book entitled, “NO SURPRISES:  A Business Guide For Starting Your Coaching Practice”.  Periodically, she conducts a monthly tele class series, “Solutions By Sylvia” and provides at-a-glance tips via bi-monthly email blasts.

Hepler earned a B.S. in education from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania, and her certification in executive coaching through The Rescue Institute in Colorado.  She is a lifelong student of management and leadership strategies as well as of human behavior in general.
